Same Room-Same Rhythm
This is a meditation series for parents and kids who live in a busy world. Life moves fast. Kids feel it. Parents try to keep up. This parent–child meditation class offers a simple, supportive way to pause, reset, listen, and reconnect — helping families feel calmer, more grounded, and more attuned to one another. Sessions are fun and gentle, and designed to meet kids exactly where they are— wiggles included. No fixing feelings. No forcing focus.
Just practical visual and meditative tools to calm, connect, and communicate as a team. This is an opportunity for families build to trust in a slightly amused way.
Bring water bottles. This is for all levels, 7+ years old.
We’ll try for 90 minutes, with snacks and breaks, but we’ll end at 45-60 minutes depending on the energy of he room!
