True You Collective is a nervous system reboot and wellness center in Arvada, Colorado. We combine vibroacoustic therapy, red light therapy, infrared sauna, and sound healing to calm the vagus nerve and help the body restore balance.

Core therapies include Vibroacoustic Therapy on a Technodelics sound lounge, Red Light Therapy on an Airvida bed, Infrared Sauna, Immersion Reboot sessions that combine all three, plus sound baths, yoga, and ongoing memberships.

Who founded True You Collective?

True You Collective was founded by Paige Land (Sicadia-Paige), a certified vibroacoustic therapist, myofunctional therapist, Nervous System Reboot™ guide, and end-of-life doula.

Does True You Collective offer memberships?

Yes. 6-month memberships are $350 per month and annual memberships are $275 per month. Both include two sessions per week, one free guest per month, and one free yoga session. Session packages are also available.
