Join MySoulSpace every Wednesday evening at True You Collective for a grounding, restorative sound bath. This weekly sound healing session is intentionally designed to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and your overall well-being.arcy

Why Try a Sound Bath?

Using the therapeutic power of sound and vibration—including crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks—each session offers a calm, immersive experience. This practice helps your body shift out of “fight or flight” stress and into a deeply balanced, peaceful state. While rooted in ancient traditions, sound baths are backed by modern research on nervous system regulation and brainwave activity.

This is a non-religious, accessible practice open to everyone. No prior experience is needed—simply come as you are and allow yourself to rest and reset.

📅 Event Details

  • When: Every Wednesday evening. Doors open early; the sound bath begins promptly at 6:30 PM.
  • Where: True You Collective, 3rd Floor, Suite 303.
    • Note: Please use the stairs in the center of the building after entering. There is no elevator in the building.
  • What to Bring: We provide some light comfort items, but please bring whatever helps you feel fully supported! We recommend a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering, bolster, and water.
